Overthinking
Virtual therapy for teens & adults in Maryland
Are you in your head a lot?
Maybe you experience racing thoughts that keep you up at night.
Or perhaps you replay situations in your mind, which leads to self-doubt and second thoughts.
You may be feeling embarrassed at times and really wishing you had done things differently.
Or simply planning each detail of an upcoming trip to the point of exhaustion or procrastination.
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed with thoughts and finding it hard to manage them.
