It’s time to invest in yourself.

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” ~ Rumi

I offer both private pay (out-of-pocket) and insurance options at this time. Sliding scale is also offered if applicable. Please see my rates and in-network insurance carriers below, and FAQs for more information regarding your options.

Current Private Pay Rates

(60 - 90 minutes)

Individual Therapy: $175

Couples Therapy: $200

Group Therapy: $75

  • Paying out-of-pocket gives you more privacy, flexibility, and control over your therapy experience. When you use insurance, a mental health diagnosis and treatment details often need to be shared with your insurance company, which becomes part of your medical record. Private pay keeps your therapy confidential. The amount of sessions you can have or the type of therapy you can take part in may also be limited based on your insurance.

Paying out-of-pocket allows you to choose the therapist who is the best fit for you and you may still qualify for reimbursement via your insurance’s out-of-network (OON) benefits—many highly qualified therapists don’t accept insurance due to restrictions and paperwork. You can focus on your goals at your own pace without limits on the number of sessions, and you can receive care for personal growth, stress management, or relationship support, even if these don’t qualify for insurance coverage.

Ultimately, paying out-of-pocket supports a more individualized, flexible, and uninterrupted therapy experience, tailored to your needs rather than insurance requirements. Therapy is an investment in yourself, and you deserve the best.

Common questions about therapy

  • The amount of time required in therapy depends on the individual and their unique circumstances. It took you years to develop the patterns you have today, so it will take time and dedicated effort to resolve them. Regular sessions and tracking treatment goals consistently increase the chances of continued growth and progress.

  • Sessions are normally 60 minutes in length and via a secure video link which is sent prior to each scheduled session. You can expect to work on activities and exercises related to the skills you are learning in therapy, both in session and outside of the session on your own afterwards. This ensures structure and practical application of the learned information.
